The Flower Signup Sheet is posted in the hallway next to the parish hall. The church uses Gateway Floral in Thurmont. The cost of the flowers is $65.00 and includes vase and delivery. When signing up, you have the option to provide your own flowers or have the church order them for you. If you wish the church to order your flowers, simply place your money or check in an envelope. Checks should be made out to Harriet Chapel with a notation of "flowers" in the memo section. As an alternative, you may also use flowers from your own garden or even a nice potted plant. No artificial flowers are allowed on the altar or flowers that have been dyed because if these should accidentally get spilled, the dye may damage the carpet.
Loose Change Offerings on the first Sunday of each month: All loose change in the offerings will go into the Rector's Discretionary Fund to be used for emergencies. On every 5th Sunday in a month, all loose change will be used for our Outreach Ministry.
Coffee Hour Sign-up sheets are available on the hallway next to the parish hall.
Inclement Weather Policy: Fr. Doug and Pastor Sally will always try to get to church for services unless the roads are unsafe. Please call anyone you know who may not have access to a computer to let them know our status. Please make sure that the church office has your correct email address!
